PANDUAN UMUM

  1. Penyediaan Laporan Akhir Latihan Industri dilaksanakan bagi memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (Malaysian Qualifications Agency – MQA)
  2. Laporan ini merupakan rumusan kepada keseluruhan kemajuan kerja yang dilalui oleh pelajar sepanjang tempoh latihan industri
  3. Laporan hendaklah ditulis mengikut FORMAT yang telah ditetapkan
  4. Segala butiran yang dimasukkan ke dalam Laporan harian hendaklah dibuat secara TERATUR, TELITI, JELAS DAN KEMAS
  5. Setiap kerja yang dilakukan perlu ditulis dengan menggunakan AYAT TEKNIKAL
  6. Laporan boleh dibuat secara bertulis atau bertaip (Font - Arial, Saiz font – 12)
  7. Laporan ini perlu dihantar ke Unit Perhubungan & Latihan Industri setelah pelajar tamat mengikuti latihan industri
